DMCA Policy
Copyright owners and authorized representatives can use the following notice process to report disputed video content and thumbnails.
01/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE POLICY
PNG Koap respects intellectual property rights. This policy provides a structured process for copyright complaints concerning videos and thumbnails, including material indexed in the reelspg storage pool. Notices are reviewed under applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where its procedures apply.
This policy does not represent that PNG Koap operates automated infringement detection, automated account enforcement or a registered DMCA agent. Publication alone does not establish safe-harbor eligibility or approval by an advertising network.
02/SUBMITTING A TAKEDOWN NOTICE
If you believe that video content or thumbnails indexed inside the reelspg storage pool violate your exclusive copyright, submit a formal written notice to compliance@pngkoap.com. Include all of the following so the material and your authority can be assessed:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Direct identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The precise public video page or CDN URL where the material resides, with enough detail to locate each disputed item. Do not send private storage credentials.
- Your contact details, including legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement confirming a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
03/REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
PNG Koap's policy is to refuse further submissions or terminate authorized uploading access, in appropriate circumstances and to the extent within the operator's control, for persons determined to be repeat infringers. Relevant circumstances include the reliability of notices, the outcome of disputes and applicable legal requirements.
A disputed upload alone does not establish infringement. Reports must be reviewed before an enforcement decision is made. This policy describes operator-led action; it does not assert that backend telemetry automatically logs violations or restricts administrative accounts or profiles.
04/NOTICE REVIEW & REMOVAL
Upon receiving a sufficiently complete notice, the operator reviews the identified material and may remove it or disable access as appropriate under applicable law. Further information may be requested where a notice is incomplete or the material cannot be located. Where appropriate and possible, the submitting party may be informed of the removal and counter-notice process.
No fixed response time is promised. Removal from PNG Koap does not guarantee immediate removal from independent caches, third-party copies or other websites. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may give rise to liability under applicable law.
05/SUBMITTING A COUNTER-NOTICE
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to compliance@pngkoap.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal or disabling resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number; include an email address for correspondence.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and accepting service of process from the original notifier or that person's agent.
06/COUNTER-NOTICE HANDLING & RESTORATION
Where the DMCA process applies, a valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the original claimant, including the sender's contact information. Subject to the statutory requirements, removed material may be restored not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice unless notice is received that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Restoration is not guaranteed and may be affected by other lawful grounds for restricting material. A counter-notice has legal consequences; consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting one.
07/CONTACT, PRIVACY & OTHER CONCERNS
The copyright correspondence email provided by PNG Koap is compliance@pngkoap.com. An email contact is not proof of designated-agent registration. Notice information may be shared with affected parties, service providers or authorities as reasonably necessary to process the claim or comply with law.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Privacy, consent, safety and other concerns that are not copyright claims should be identified as such rather than presented as a DMCA notice. This policy does not replace remedies or obligations available under other applicable laws.
