01/TERMS OF USE & CONTENT DISCLAIMER

By accessing or using PNG Koap and its media indexes, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the service. You remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to your access and conduct.

Viral trends, cultural media and community video streams, including koap, kwap and kuap styles, are presented for informational and social commentary review. Titles, descriptions and videos may reflect the views of their creators rather than PNG Koap. This description does not establish fair use, authorize infringement or replace any permission required from rights holders.

02/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Videos are delivered using edge pipelines via Bunny.net. Playback can be affected by real-time network drops, server cache delays, device limitations, third-party outages and internet congestion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PNG Koap is not responsible for interruptions or delays outside its reasonable control, or for data overhead and network charges incurred during playback. Your internet or mobile provider determines those charges.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PNG Koap excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. These exclusions do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections, fraud or other non-excludable obligations. Nothing here guarantees immunity from claims or limits a rights holder's remedies under applicable law.

03/CONTENT RIGHTS & PERMITTED ACCESS

Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Access to a video, thumbnail or CDN address grants no ownership and no permission to reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the material beyond what applicable law or an express rights-holder authorization permits.

Anyone supplying content must have the necessary copyright permissions and any legally required consent from people depicted. Supplying a file does not transfer ownership to PNG Koap. Do not publish material that violates copyright, privacy, publicity rights or applicable safety laws.

04/ACCEPTABLE USE & ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, exploitative or abusive material.
• Do not bypass security, misuse administrative functions, introduce malicious code or interfere with video delivery.
• Do not manipulate views or likes, impersonate others or submit knowingly false reports.
• Use administrative functions only with the operator's permission; public visibility of a page is not authorization to modify content.
• Respect creators and people depicted in videos, and comply with laws applicable to your location.

05/AVAILABILITY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PNG Koap and its content are provided as available. To the extent legally permitted, no promise is made of uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, permanent availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Content may be corrected, removed or made unavailable for maintenance, rights review, safety concerns or legal obligations.

Bunny.net and other service providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. PNG Koap does not control your connection, all provider operations or third-party websites. Engagement totals are informational measures and are not verified counts of unique individuals.

06/COPYRIGHT REPORTS & CONTENT REVIEW

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to compliance@pngkoap.com using the requirements in our DMCA Policy. Identify the disputed material precisely and provide only information needed for review. A complaint is not itself proof of infringement; reports are assessed in context under applicable law.

PNG Koap may remove or disable access to disputed material and may refuse further submissions where appropriate. These terms do not claim that automated copyright detection, account restriction or infringement adjudication is operating.

07/PRIVACY, CHANGES & LEGAL RIGHTS

The Privacy Policy describes the site's data and advertising disclosures. Review it alongside these terms. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page; where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, those requirements continue to apply.
